HI, I'M JAKE

Born and bred in Sydney I know all the suburbs like the back of my hand specialising in Mosman, the Lower North Shore and the Northern Beaches. And having lived in Newcastle for more than 7 years I can also proudly call myself a Newy local servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter Region too.

Having relocated both to and from Sydney, I quickly found myself in a tight time-crunch to find a place to call home with no clue where to start and zero time to find out how. Sound familiar?

Having been put through the wringer myself with inspections, applications, getting no reply and feeling like there were no properties that suited my requirements, I quickly noticed that no one was working solemnly on the renter’s behalf. It was then that I realised I could help others avoid the hard yards (and the back pain)
I had to go through.

And just like that (with a lot of coffee and hard work) The Renters Agent came to fruition.
